All payment is done upfront via Paypal before I begin the commission via [email protected]
I will first send the commissioner a rough sketch, where they may request changes within reason - there will be NO changes once I begin line art and coloring.
All commissioners must provide some form of reference before I begin (Pose, colors, style of clothing, or expression etc) along with the actual character reference. If there are no provided references aside from the actual character, the commissioner may not request any changes to the sketch. (Especially pose)
I have the right to decline any commission requests without providing a reason.
If a commissioner proves to be rude, hostile, or incapable of cooperation in any way, I have the right to cancel the commission with no refund. (This wont be an issue as long as you remain respectful during the process ♡)
All commissions are exclusively for personal use; you may not use commissions commercially or to make money unless I explicitly receive all credit for the art and give my consent. I retain full rights to my work.
All commissions will be sent to the commissioner with my watermark - this is for copyright purposes, please do not attempt to remove it for any reason.
